You are cordially invited to participate in making the FIRST annual Colonial Capital Scottish Festival happen! North Carolina, from its earliest days, was settled and developed by hardworking Scots and Ulster Scots immigrants. This festival is designed to celebrate and honor that Scottish heritage.
